The Keukenhof Express has several departure locations. This departure locations are next to NS railway stations.

From Europaplein/RAI (subway) you can travel with the Keukenhof Express 8 times an hour (line 852, in approx. 35 minutes). To get to Europaplein, first take GVB metro M52 from Amsterdam Central or another metro station in Amsterdam city centre to RAI Amsterdam. Disembark at Europaplein metro station.

You can also take the bus to Hoofddorp and take the Keukenhof Express bus line 859/858 to Keukenhof.
- Amsterdam centre (Leidseplein, Rijksmuseum en Museumplein): line 397 (Connexxion R-net) to Hoofddorp
- Amsterdam Bijlmer Amstelveen: line 300 (Connexxion R-net) to Hoofddorp
- Amsterdam, station Zuid: line 341 (Connexxion R-net) to Hoofddorp
line 858, at the exit of Arrivals 4, 8 times an hour; in approx. 30 minutes
line 859, 8 times an hour, in approx. 15 minutes
line 854, 6 times an hour, in approx. 25 minutes
