Do the tickets have to be paid for right away?

No, you can reserve tickets. Please pay and confirm this reservation at least 4 days before arrival. Reservations not paid 4 days before arrival will expire.

• Changing the day or time slot: Changing a booking to another day or time slot is possible up to 24 hours before the visit, provided it is still available. This is also possible if the booking has already been paid for.
• Changing the number of tickets: Bookings that have been paid can only be changed in numbers by cancellation. Cancelling or changing numbers within 4 days of arrival is not possible. If the booking is still a reservation, the number of tickets can be changed to a lower number (up to 4 days before the visit).
• Cancelling: You can cancel free of charge up to 4 days before arrival, even if the booking has already been paid for. Cancellation within 4 days of arrival is not possible.
