This ticket is both your entrance ticket to Keukenhof and your public transport ticket for the day in one! The tickets are valid on the day and provides transport to and from Keukenhof. The 4 departure locations are located next to NS trainstations. The driver will drop you off at the main entrance without stops.

Amsterdam RAI from city centre by metro
Please note: you will need a separate metro ticket for the metro journey. First, travel to RAI Amsterdam on metro line M52 from Amsterdam Central Station or from the city center. Get off at the Europaplein metro stop. The metro departs every 5 minutes and will take you to the KeukenhofBuzz departure point (bus line 852) in 8 minutes.

From Europaplein (RAI) Amsterdam, take the KeukenhofBuzz (line 852) directly to Keukenhof. This bus line runs up to 12 times per hour and will take you to Keukenhof in approximately 35 minutes without any stops.

From the center of Amsterdam, you will first travel to Hoofddorp station. Depending on your location, you can take the bus or train:

- Bus: From Leidseplein, Concertgebouw, or Museumplein: bus line 397, or from Amsterdam Bijlmer or Amstelveen: bus line 300
- Train: Trains to Hoofddorp depart several times an hour from all train stations in Amsterdam. Check 9292 for the nearest train station.

At Hoofddorp station, transfer to KeukenhofBuzz bus line 859 at the bus platform. This bus runs four times an hour and takes you to the main entrance of Keukenhof in about 25 minutes without any stops.

There are several travel options from Schiphol Airport to Hoofddorp station, the departure location of the KeukenhofBuzz 859.

- Train: The train to Hoofddorp departs several times an hour from Schiphol Airport station and takes you to Hoofddorp station in about 5 minutes.
- Bus: Bus lines 300 and 397 depart from the bus platform to Hoofddorp. These buses take you to Hoofddorp station in about 10 minutes.

At Hoofddorp station, transfer to KeukenhofBuzz bus line 859 at the bus station. This bus runs 4 times per hour and takes you to the main entrance of Keukenhof in about 25 minutes without any stops.

At the Leiden Centraal bus stop, transfer to the KeukenhofBuzz (bus line 854). The KeukenhofBuzz bus line 854 from Leiden Central Station runs up to 8 times per hour and takes you to Keukenhof in about 30 minutes without any stops. The bus departs from the bus station on the city center side of the NS station.

So you are not bound to your departure location. For example, outbound travel from Amsterdam RAI and return travel to Hoofddorp Central Station is possible with the same ticket. Combiticket Hoofddorp, Leiden or Haarlem The ticket is valid all day on the KeukenhofBuzz bus lines at Hoofddorp Central Station, Haarlem Central Station and Leiden Central Station. So you are not tied to your departure location. For example: outbound travel from Hoofddorp Central Station and return travel to Leiden is possible with the same ticket. Traveling on to Amsterdam RAI is not possible with this ticket.
Can I buy a KeukenhofBuzz bus ticket only?
KeukenhofBuzz round trip bus tickets are available in the Keukenhof online ticket shop with the following prices:

  • From Hoofddorp, Haarlem or Leiden a round trip costs (excluding Keukenhof entrance ticket): Adults € 12,80 Children (4-17 years) € 6,20 (up to 3 years free)
  • Single bus tickets are not available, but you can easily check in with your debit card, credit card or OV-chip card.
How long will my journey with the KeukenhofBuzz take?
The KeukenhofBuzz bus journey takes approximately 25 minutes from Hoofddorp, about 35 minutes from Amsterdam RAI, around 30 minutes from Leiden Central Station, and about 40 minutes from Haarlem Station.
Can I travel with my wheelchair on the KeukenhofBuzz?
Travelers with a wheelchair can travel along with the bus as long as it does not exceed the allowed dimensions. Maximum 120 cm long, 70 cm wide, 109 cm high (based on European guidelines). Passengers in wheelchairs have priority over buggies/prams. The wheelchair must be in its designated place on the bus and belted. There is space for 1 wheelchair per bus.
What time does the first bus to Keukenhof depart and does the last return?

The KeukenhofBuzz runs every day at the following times:
First bus outbound: 7:15/7:45 hrs
Last bus back: 19:30 hrs / 20:00 hrs

It is correct that you do not have to choose a time slot for your entrance at Keukenhof or your return journey. The time when you travel back is decided on the spot and you do not need to book.

Can my dog travel with me on the KeukenhofBuzz?

Yes, Dogs may travel for free on the KeukenhofBuzz as long as they are kept on a short leash. Dogs are not allowed on the seats but are allowed on your lap or on the ground.

You can take your dog to Keukenhof, but because of the other visitors, narrow paths and events in the park, a visit can be stressful for some dogs. Also, keep in mind that entertainment and musical performances at Keukenhof regularly involve loud noises. If you do decide to bring your dog, make sure he is comfortable in a lively environment. In addition, there is a maximum of one dog per person. To ensure that the visit is enjoyable for everyone, your dog must be leashed at all times and are not allowed inside the pavilions and restaurants, with the exception of guide dogs for the needy. Free dog poop bags are available at the entrance controllers.

What if I am late for the bus?
Your KeukenhofBuzz ticket is valid all day. You can take a bus later to Keukenhof.
I have a ticket to Keukenhof. Which other travel cards/schemes can I use?
  • OVpay Buying a ticket in advance is not necessary, you simply check in and out with OVpay. Use your debit card, credit card or one of these cards on your mobile device. Use the same card for check in and check out. The costs for your public transport journey are debited from your account at the end of the day.
  • OV-chipkaart [public transport travel card] (also student travel card, national railway travel card subscribers and the Regio Abonnement Zuid-Holland [provincial travel card]) The OV-chipkaart also student travel card, national railway travel card subscribers and the Regio Abonnement Zuid-Holland [provincial travel card] is valid on all bus and train routes. 9292.nl can show you what your journey will cost.
  • Amsterdam Region Travel Ticket The Amsterdam Region Travel Tickets (ARTT) is valid for public transport in the Province of Noord-Holland (train, bus, tram and metro) and KeukenhofBuzz busses. The Amsterdam Travel Ticket (ATT) is not valid on these bus lines.
  • Holland Travel Ticket The Holland Travel Tickets (HTT) is valid for the following public transport in the Netherlands (bus, tram and metro) and QBuzz busses.
  • Tourist Day Ticket The Tourist Day Ticket allows you to take any bus, tram or metro (in Zuid-Holland) to Keukenhof and KeukenhofBuzz busses.
