Can I reschedule my tickets to a different day or time slot?
Tickets purchased through www.keukenhof.nl can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit using the link in the confirmation email. Please note that rescheduling is only possible if the desired time slot is available.
How much costs an entrance ticket for Keukenhof 2025?
An adult admission ticket costs €20.00 when purchased online and €25.00 at the ticket office. For children aged 4 to 17 years, the admission ticket costs €9.00 online and €14.00 at the ticket office. Children aged 0 to 3 years can enter Keukenhof for free. A parking ticket costs €9.00 when purchased online and €14.00 at the ticket office. Tickets for Keukenhof 2025 are available online at www.keukenhof.nl. We recommend buying your tickets online: it’s more economical, and you’re guaranteed the date and time slot that works best for your visit to Keukenhof.  
Can my ticket be scanned from my smartphone?
You can easily have your ticket scanned from your smartphone at the entrance of Keukenhof. Make sure your screen brightness is set to 100% for optimal scanning. Of course, you can also always print your ticket.
Can I change the number of tickets I ordered?
Yes, you can change the number of tickets you purchased through our website up to 4 days before your arrival. This can only be done by canceling the entire booking via info@ticketcounter.nl. You will receive a refund, but a fee of €2.50 will be charged for each modified booking. After that, you can book the correct number of new tickets at www.keukenhof.nl. It is always possible to purchase additional tickets at www.keukenhof.nl, as long as tickets are still available for the selected time slot.
Can I buy an entry ticket at the Keukenhof ticket office if a time slot is fully booked?
Keukenhof tickets are available online and are valid for a specific date and time slot. Make sure to purchase your tickets in advance on our website to secure your visit to Keukenhof. Buy your tickets here.
Can I cancel tickets purchased for Keukenhof?
It can happen that you need to cancel your visit to Keukenhof. We understand this and offer the option to cancel tickets purchased through our website up to 4 days before the scheduled arrival. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@ticketcounter.nl. The full booking amount will be refunded, but we charge a €2.50 administrative fee for the cancellation.   Please note, this only applies to tickets purchased via www.keukenhof.nl. For information regarding the cancellation of tickets purchased through another company, you must contact that company directly.
Are tickets for Keukenhof 2025 personal?
Tickets for Keukenhof 2025 are not personal. This means that the name of the visitor does not need to be on the ticket to gain access to the park. You can give the ticket to someone else as long as it is still valid.
How long can I stay in the park?
You can stay in Keukenhof from the time slot you booked until the park closes at 7:00 PM. Make sure to plan your visit carefully so you can fully enjoy the beauty of Keukenhof. In our experience, the average length of stay for visitors at Keukenhof is 3 hours.
Does Keukenhof have special group rates for students?
For both primary school and secondary school students (ages 4 to 18), a group rate of €6.00 per person applies for groups of 15 or more students and their supervisors. Buses can park for free; the online parking rate for cars is €9.00. If you forgot to buy your parking ticket online, don’t worry—you can purchase a parking ticket for €14.00 at the Keukenhof ticket counter. I have a question about my Keukenhof tickets. Who can help me?
Through the confirmation email, you can easily change your arrival date and time slot up to 24 hours before your visit. Are you unable to visit Keukenhof and need to cancel your tickets? You can cancel by sending an email to info@ticketcounter.nl at least 4 days before your arrival. Please note: a €2.50 administration fee will apply.
Does Keukenhof offer special group rates for large groups?
If you are visiting Keukenhof with more than 20 people, it can be beneficial to book special group tickets. These group tickets are available at www.keukenhof.nl and are valid for groups of 20 to 80 people. For group tickets to Keukenhof, you pay only €19.50 per person.
Are tickets for Keukenhof only valid within the booked time slot?
Yes, tickets for Keukenhof are only valid within your booked time slot. You may stay in the park from the time slot until closing time. For an optimal experience, we recommend sticking to your booked time slot and arriving on time. Please note that if your arrival deviates from your time slot, the park may be full, and you might have to wait to enter. Entrance is possible until 6:15pm.
How can I buy tickets for Keukenhof 2025?

Can I cancel my tickets if I purchased them from an organization other than Keukenhof?

When do the flower fields around Keukenhof bloom at their best?
The blooming of the flower fields around Keukenhof follows the rhythm of nature, making it difficult to predict an exact blooming time. Generally, early blooming varieties such as daffodils, hyacinths, and early tulips bloom at the beginning of the season. As the season progresses, tulips begin to appear. Regardless of when you visit, the boat tour along the flower fields offers stunning views of typical Dutch landscapes.

When is the best time to visit Keukenhof?
The blooming at Keukenhof follows the rhythms of nature and depends on weather conditions, making it difficult to pinpoint exactly when is the best time to visit. Early in the season, you can see early bloomers like crocuses, daffodils, hyacinths, and early tulips. Later in the season, later varieties, including larger tulips, come into bloom. Throughout the season, our pavilions showcase stunning flower displays. Read our flowering report for the latest information.

It’s generally quieter in the park before 10:30 AM or after 4:00 PM. Plus, the morning and evening sunlight creates the perfect backdrop for beautiful photos. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are typically the more quiet days to visit.
When is the Bollenstreek Flower Parade 2025?
The Bollenstreek Flower Parade takes place on Saturday, April 12, 2025. This event attracts thousands of visitors and is a fantastic opportunity to admire the most beautiful flowers in stunning parades. For more information, visit the organization’s website: www.bloemencorso-bollenstreek.nl. Please note: it will be particularly busy in the Bollenstreek and Keukenhof on this day. Make sure to arrive at the park before 12:00 PM. After that time, several roads in the Bollenstreek will be closed for the Flower Parade, making it impossible to reach Keukenhof. The roads will reopen at 5:00 PM. If you wish to visit only Keukenhof on this day, we recommend choosing another day.
How can I pay at Keukenhof?
Keukenhof is completely cashless. This means you can only pay with a debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. This applies to all purchases made in the restaurants and shops within the park.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks into Keukenhof. Please note that using your own food and beverages in the restaurants and on the terraces in Keukenhof is not permitted. However, we have a lovely picnic area and plenty of benches where you can enjoy your packed lunch among the tulips.
Can I bring my dog to Keukenhof?
Yes, you can take your dog to Keukenhof, but because of the other visitors, narrow paths and events in the park, a visit can be stressful for some dogs. Also, keep in mind that entertainment and musical performances at Keukenhof regularly involve loud noises. If you do decide to bring your dog, make sure he is comfortable in a lively environment. In addition, there is a maximum of one dog per person. To ensure that the visit is enjoyable for everyone, your dog must be leashed at all times and are not allowed inside the pavilions and restaurants, with the exception of guide dogs for the needy. Free dog poop bags are available at the entrance controllers.
When is Keukenhof open in 2025?
Keukenhof will be open from March 20 to May 11, 2025. During this period, you can enjoy the most beautiful spring park in the world every day! The park is open from 08:00 to 19:00 (entrance possible until 18:15). Plan your visit in advance to ensure you secure tickets for Keukenhof 2025 via www.keukenhof.nl.
Can I ride a bicycle in Keukenhof?
No, Keukenhof is a walking park, and cycling is not allowed inside. However, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Keukenhof by bicycle. Bicycles are available for rent at Rent-a-Bike located in parking lot P1. Click here for more information about renting bicycles.
May I stroll through the flower bulb fields?
No. You may not walk through the flowe bulb fields as this damages the bulbs. The fields are also the private property of the bulb growers. You are permitted to take photographs from the road.
I ordered a park book online. Where can I pick it up?
After placing your order for the park book, you will receive an email with a voucher. You can use this voucher to pick up your park book at the entrance of Keukenhof. The book contains information about Keukenhof in four languages: Dutch, German, French, and English.
Can I use a drone in the park?
No, for the safety of visitors, flying a drone over or around Keukenhof is not allowed.

Activities

How long is the walk from the entrance of Keukenhof to the boats for a canal tour along the flower fields?
From both entrances of Keukenhof, it’s about a 20-minute walk through the park to the boat boarding point. The easiest way is to follow the route towards the windmill, as the boarding point is located right next to it.
What happens if I miss the boat?
The ticket for the canal tour along the flower fields is time-specific and only valid for the reserved time slot. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the boat is missed. To avoid disappointment, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before the boat’s departure.
Where can I leave the stroller, or is it allowed on the boat?
Unfortunately, strollers cannot be taken on board during the canal tour along the flower fields. You can leave the stroller at the boarding point at your own risk. We recommend taking any valuable items from the stroller with you during the boat tour.
In which languages is the audio tour available during the boat tour along the flower fields?
The audio tour during the boat tour along the flower fields is available in four languages: Dutch, English, German and French. This audio tour provides (international) visitors with information about the flower fields and their history, offering insights you’ve never heard before!
Can I bring my dog on the boat during the canal tour along the flower fields?
Yes, dogs are welcome on the boat during the canal tour along the flower fields, as long as they are on a leash.
Can I book a guided tour through Keukenhof?
Guided tours of Keukenhof can be booked for groups of up to 25 people per guide. The cost for a guided tour is €175.00, regardless of the group size. It is important to reserve tours in advance online to secure your spot and receive valuable background information about the park, its history, and the flowers. Starting in January 2025, you can book a guided tour here.
Can I take a boat tour through the park with a whisper boat?
There is no boat tour that goes through Keukenhof itself, but you can enjoy a scenic whisper boat ride along the beautiful flower bulb fields surrounding Keukenhof. The boarding point for this unique experience is located next to the windmill in Keukenhof. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth by the windmill or via the online ticket shop.
Can I rent a bike at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can rent a bike from Rent-a-bike located at Parking P1 of Keukenhof. There’s no need to reserve in advance as plenty of bikes are available. Cycling within Keukenhof is not allowed, but renting a bike is a great way to explore the surrounding area with the blooming flower fields. Click  here for more information.

Where can I park my bike or scooter bike?
You can park your bike or scooter in the bicycle parking located at both entrances of Keukenhof. Here, you can store your bike or scooter for free.
I have limited mobility. Can I join the boat tour along the flower fields?
Yes, you can join the boat tour along the flower fields, as long as you can board and disembark the boat with a little assistance. The staff will be happy to help you. The boat itself is not wheelchair accessible, but visitors can leave their wheelchair at the boarding point.
Can I take a wheelchair on the boat during the canal tour along the flower fields?
Unfortunately, the boats used for the canal tour along the flower fields are not wheelchair accessible. Visitors can leave their wheelchair at the boarding point. However, Keukenhof itself is wheelchair-friendly.
Does the park have Wifi?
Free Wi-Fi is available around the pavilions at the park.
Are there any restaurants at the park?
Yes, there are several restaurants at Keukenhof where visitors can enjoy a meal. Additionally, there are mobile food outlets throughout the park. For more information click here.  
Are there charging points for electric cars and bikes?
Yes, at parking lot P1 of Keukenhof, we have a limited number of charging points for electric cars. Upon arrival, you can ask the parking attendant where to find these charging points. In case of emergencies, it is possible to charge your electric bike at the bike rental on P1.
Can I store my luggage during my visit to Keukenhof?
Yes, lockers are available free of charge for smaller items. Larger pieces of luggage can be left for free at the luggage depot near the main entrance. This ensures that your visit to the park is comfortable and worry-free!
Can I park my car at Keukenhof?
Visitors can park their car safely at the Keukenhof parking. When purchasing an entrance ticket online via www.keukenhof.nl, you can directly buy a parking ticket. Online a parking ticket costs €9,00. If you forget to purchase a parking ticket, you can buy one for €14,00 at the Keukenhof ticket office.
Can I park my camper van at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can park your camper at the Keukenhof parking lot during your visit. You will need a special camper parking ticket, which is only available in combination with a Keukenhof entrance ticket. Please note that these tickets are limited in availability. It is not allowed to stay overnight or camp on the parking lot, which closes at 7:00 PM. For overnight stays, you may want to consider nearby campsites.
Where can coaches park?
Coaches can park for free at P1 at the main entrance. Always follow the instructions of the parking attendants for a smooth and safe parking experience.
Can I rent a wheelchair at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can rent a wheelchair at Keukenhof. You can reserve a non-electric wheelchair via the website www.keukenhof.nl. Please note: Electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters are not available for rent at Keukenhof, but you are welcome to visit the park with your own electric wheelchair or mobility scooter.
Where can I stay overnight near Keukenhof?

Restaurants

Can I reserve a table in one of the restaurant?
It is not possible to reserve a table at any of our restaurants. You can enter any of our restaurants and choose your own table.
Do you have gluten-free products?
All of our restaurants have some gluten-free products, however, cross-contamination of allergens in our kitchen can unfortunately never be 100% excluded. Our colleagues in the restaurants can inform you about the possible gluten-free options.
Can baby food be warmed up?
Yes, our staff at the restaurants can heat baby food for you. This is only not possible at the food trucks at the park.
Do you also have vegetarian or vegan products?
We have several vegetarian and vegan products in our restaurants. These products are indicated on our menu with a symbol next to it. For vegan products, cross-contamination with animal products in our kitchen can unfortunately never be 100% excluded. For the largest vegetarian/vegan selection, we recommend Jacoba’s Kitchen in the Oranje Nassau Pavilion.

Can I get to Keukenhof by using public transport?
With public transport you travel quickly and comfortably to Keukenhof. In most cases you travel the cheapest with a Combiticket. This day ticket is both your entrance ticket for Keukenhof and the ticket for your journey by public transport on that day. Click here for more information.
What is a combi ticket?
Combi Tickets are train and/or bus tickets valid to and from Keukenhof + a ticket to the park. The bus stops outside Keukenhof’s main entrance so you can walk straight into the park. A Combi Ticket is a round trip ticket.

Are combitickets valid both to and from Keukenhof?

Yes, combitickets are valid for both the travel to and from Keukenhof by public transport.

Can I travel on to another KeukenhofBuzz location?
Combiticket Amsterdam RAI
The ticket is valid all day for all KeukenhofBuzz bus lines (Haarlem Central Station, Amsterdam RAI, Schiphol Airport and Leiden Central Station). So you are not bound to your departure location. For example, outbound travel from Amsterdam RAI and return travel to Schiphol Airport is possible with the same ticket.

Combiticket Schiphol, Leiden or Haarlem
The ticket is valid all day on the KeukenhofBuzz bus lines at Schiphol Airport, Haarlem Central Station and Leiden Central Station. So you are not tied to your departure location. For example: outbound travel from Schiphol Airport and return travel to Leiden is possible with the same ticket. Traveling on to Amsterdam RAI is not possible with this ticket.
Can I buy a KeukenhofBuzz bus ticket only?
KeukenhofBuzz round trip bus tickets are available in the Keukenhof online ticket shop with the following prices:
  • From Amsterdam RAI a single bus trip round trip costs (excluding Keukenhof entrance ticket): Adults € 17,00 Children (4-17 years) € 8,50 (up to 3 years free)
  • From Schiphol, Haarlem or Leiden a single bus trip round trip costs (excluding Keukenhof entrance ticket): Adults € 12,00 Children (4-17 years) € 6,00 (up to 3 years free)

    Single bus tickets are not available, but you can easily check in with your debit card, credit card or OV-chip card.
    • Single trip to Amsterdam RAI: € 8.50
    • Single trip to Schiphol, Haarlem or Leiden: € 6.00
What time does the first bus to Keukenhof depart and does the last return?
The KeukenhofBuzz runs every day at the following times:
First bus outbound: 7:15/7:45 hrs
Last bus back: 19:30 hrs / 20:00 hrs

Check the exact times and availability in the ticketshop.

It is correct that you do not have to choose a time slot for your entrance at Keukenhof or your return journey. The time when you travel back is decided on the spot and you do not need to book.
What if I am late for the bus?
Your KeukenhofBuzz ticket is valid all day. You can take a bus later to Keukenhof.
How long will my journey with the KeukenhofBuzz take?
The KeukenhofBuzz journey from Amsterdam RAI, Schiphol Airport and Leiden Central Station takes about 30 minutes. The journey from Haarlem Station takes about 40 minutes.
Can I travel with my wheelchair on the KeukenhofBuzz?
Travelers with a wheelchair can travel along with the bus as long as it does not exceed the allowed dimensions. Maximum 120 cm long, 70 cm wide, 109 cm high (based on European guidelines). Passengers in wheelchairs have priority over buggies/prams. The wheelchair must be in its designated place on the bus and belted. There is space for 1 wheelchair per bus.
Can my dog travel with me on the KeukenhofBuzz?
Yes, Dogs may travel for free on the KeukenhofBuzz as long as they are kept on a short leash. Dogs are not allowed on the seats but are allowed on your lap or on the ground. You can take your dog to Keukenhof, but because of the other visitors, narrow paths and events in the park, a visit can be stressful for some dogs.
