Which flowers are currently in bloom?
Over the decades, we have gained so much experience that we have become very good at predicting when our bulbs will flower. However, much depends on the weather and that’s why the bulbs’ development stage might differ a little. During the season, we regularly post flower reports of what is currently in bloom. When is the best time to visit Keukenhof?
The blooming at Keukenhof follows the rhythm of nature, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact best time for a visit. Early in the season, you can see early bloomers like crocuses, daffodils, hyacinths, and early tulips. Later in the season, later varieties, including larger tulips, come into bloom. Throughout the season, our pavilions showcase stunning flower displays. It’s generally quieter in the park before 10:30 AM or after 4:00 PM. Plus, the morning and evening sunlight creates the perfect backdrop for beautiful photos. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are typically the more quiet days to visit.
How can I pay at Keukenhof?
Keukenhof is completely cashless. This means you can only pay with a debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. This applies to all purchases made in the restaurants and shops within the park.
Can I take a boat tour through the park with a whisper boat?
There is no boat tour that goes through Keukenhof itself, but you can enjoy a scenic whisper boat ride along the beautiful flower bulb fields surrounding Keukenhof. The boarding point for this unique experience is located next to the windmill in Keukenhof. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth by the windmill or via the online ticket shop.
Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks into Keukenhof. Please note that using your own food and beverages in the restaurants and on the terraces in Keukenhof is not permitted. However, we have a lovely picnic area and plenty of benches where you can enjoy your packed lunch among the tulips.
Can I ride a bicycle in Keukenhof?
No, Keukenhof is a walking park, and cycling is not allowed inside. However, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Keukenhof by bicycle. Bicycles are available for rent at Rent-a-Bike located in parking lot P1. Click here for more information about renting bicycles.
Can I bring my dog to Keukenhof?
Yes, you can bring your dog to Keukenhof! To ensure a pleasant visit for everyone, dogs must be kept on a leash. Additionally, only one dog per person is allowed. Dogs are not permitted inside the pavilions and restaurants, except for guide dogs assisting people with disabilities. Please make sure to keep an eye on your pet throughout your visit to the park. Dog waste bags are available for free at our entrance staff.
When is the Bollenstreek Flower Parade 2025?
The Bollenstreek Flower Parade takes place on Saturday, April 12, 2025. This event attracts thousands of visitors and is a fantastic opportunity to admire the most beautiful flowers in stunning parades. For more information, visit the organization’s website: www.bloemencorso-bollenstreek.nl. Please note: it will be particularly busy in the Bollenstreek and Keukenhof on this day. Make sure to arrive at the park before 12:00 PM. After that time, several roads in the Bollenstreek will be closed for the Flower Parade, making it impossible to reach Keukenhof. The roads will reopen at 5:00 PM. If you wish to visit only Keukenhof on this day, we recommend choosing another day.
Can I use a drone in the park?
No, for the safety of visitors, flying a drone over or around Keukenhof is not allowed. No, for the safety of visitors, flying a drone over or around Keukenhof is not allowed.
May I stroll through the flower bulb fields?
No. You may not walk through the flowe bulb fields as this damages the bulbs. The fields are also the private property of the bulb growers. You are permitted to take photographs from the road.

I ordered a park guide online. Where can I pick it up?
After placing your order for the park guide, you will receive an email with a voucher. You can use this voucher to pick up your park guide at the entrance of Keukenhof. The guide contains information about Keukenhof in four languages: Dutch, German, French, and English.

How can I buy tickets for Keukenhof 2025?
Tickets for Keukenhof 2025 will be available for purchase online starting October 16, 2024 at www.keukenhof.nl. Make sure to buy your tickets in time, as the available tickets can sell out quickly.
Can I change the number of tickets I ordered?
Yes, you can change the number of tickets you purchased through our website up to 4 days before your arrival. This can only be done by canceling the entire booking via info@ticketcounter.nl. You will receive a refund, but a fee of €2.50 will be charged for each modified booking. After that, you can book the correct number of new tickets at www.keukenhof.nl. It is always possible to purchase additional tickets at www.keukenhof.nl, as long as tickets are still available for the selected time slot.
When can I buy tickets for Keukenhof 2025?

Are tickets for Keukenhof 2025 personal?
Tickets for Keukenhof 2025 are not personal. This means that the name of the visitor does not need to be on the ticket to gain access to the park. You can give the ticket to someone else as long as it is still valid.
Are tickets for Keukenhof only valid within the booked time slot?
Yes, tickets for Keukenhof are only valid within your booked time slot. You may stay in the park from the time slot until closing time. For an optimal experience, we recommend sticking to your booked time slot and arriving on time. Please note that if your arrival deviates from your time slot, the park may be full, and you might have to wait to enter.
Can I cancel tickets purchased for Keukenhof?
It can happen that you need to cancel your visit to Keukenhof. We understand this and offer the option to cancel tickets purchased through our website up to 4 days before the scheduled arrival. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@ticketcounter.nl. The full booking amount will be refunded, but we charge a €2.50 administrative fee for the cancellation.   Please note, this only applies to tickets purchased via www.keukenhof.nl. For information regarding the cancellation of tickets purchased through another company, you must contact that company directly.
What is the Annual pass?

Is the Annual pass personalized?
Yes, the Annual pass is personal and therefore non-transferable. Keukenhof employees have the right to ask you for personal identification when entering the park. If the Annual pass is misused, it will be confiscated.
How can I buy a combi ticket (entrance + public transport)?
With public transport you travel quickly and comfortably to Keukenhof. Buy a combiticket to get both your entrance ticket for Keukenhof and the ticket for your journey by public transport on that day. Combitickets are available in the online ticket shop.
How long can I stay in the park?
You can stay in Keukenhof from the time slot you booked until the park closes at 7:00 PM. Make sure to plan your visit carefully so you can fully enjoy the beauty of Keukenhof. In our experience, the average length of stay for visitors at Keukenhof is 3 hours.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets for 2025 will be available on our website from autumn.
Does Keukenhof offer special group rates for large groups?
If you are visiting Keukenhof with more than 20 people, it can be beneficial to book special group tickets. These group tickets are available at www.keukenhof.nl and are valid for groups of 20 to 80 people. For group tickets to Keukenhof, you pay only €19.50 per person.
Can I cancel my tickets if I purchased them from an organization other than Keukenhof?
If you bought your tickets from an organization other than Keukenhof, you need to contact the respective seller to cancel your tickets. Please check the website where you purchased the tickets for contact details.
Can my ticket be scanned from my smartphone?
You can easily have your ticket scanned from your smartphone at the entrance of Keukenhof. Make sure your screen brightness is set to 100% for optimal scanning. Of course, you can also always print your ticket.
I have a question about my Keukenhof tickets. Who can help me?
Through the confirmation email, you can easily change your arrival date and time slot up to 24 hours before your visit. Are you unable to visit Keukenhof and need to cancel your tickets? You can cancel by sending an email to info@ticketcounter.nl at least 4 days before your arrival. Please note: a €2.50 administration fee will apply.

Can I park at Keukenhof?
Keukenhof has two spacious parking areas where you can safely park your car during your visit. It is recommended to book your parking ticket online in advance, along with your entry ticket, to ensure a parking spot.
Can I park my car at Keukenhof?
Visitors can park their car safely at the Keukenhof parking. When purchasing an entrance ticket online via www.keukenhof.nl, you can directly buy a parking ticket. Online a parking ticket costs €9,00. If you forget to purchase a parking ticket, you can buy one for €14,00 at the Keukenhof ticket office.
Can I park my camper van at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can park your camper at the Keukenhof parking lot during your visit. You will need a special camper parking ticket, which is only available in combination with a Keukenhof entrance ticket. Please note that these tickets are limited in availability. It is not allowed to stay overnight or camp on the parking lot, which closes at 7:00 PM. For overnight stays, you may want to consider nearby campsites.
Where can coaches park?
Coaches can park for free in the parking area next to the main entrance.
Where can I park my bike or scooter bike?
You can park your bike or scooter in the bicycle parking located at both entrances of Keukenhof. Here, you can store your bike or scooter for free.
Are there charging points for electric cars and bikes?
Yes, at parking lot P1 of Keukenhof, we have a limited number of charging points for electric cars. Upon arrival, you can ask the parking attendant where to find these charging points. In case of emergencies, it is possible to charge your electric bike at the bike rental on P1.
Does the park have Wifi?
Free Wi-Fi is available around the pavilions at the park.
Can I rent a wheelchair at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can rent a wheelchair at Keukenhof. You can reserve a non-electric wheelchair via the website www.keukenhof.nl. Please note: Electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters are not available for rent at Keukenhof, but you are welcome to visit the park with your own electric wheelchair or mobility scooter.
Can I store my luggage during my visit to Keukenhof?
Yes, during your visit to Keukenhof, you can safely store your luggage at the baggage depot located at the main entrance. Larger luggage items can be left there, and lockers are available for smaller items. This will make your visit to the park much more comfortable!
Are there any restaurants at the park?
Yes, there are several restaurants at Keukenhof where visitors can enjoy a meal. Additionally, there are mobile food outlets throughout the park. For more information click here.  
Can I rent a bike at Keukenhof?
Yes, you can rent a bike from Rent-a-bike located at Parking P1 of Keukenhof. There’s no need to reserve in advance as plenty of bikes are available. Cycling within Keukenhof is not allowed, but renting a bike is a great way to explore the surrounding area with the blooming flower fields. Click  here for more information.
