How can I buy group tickets up to 200 persons per season?
Ticket sales up to 200 tickets per season can only be purchased online from www.keukenhof.nl. The tickets are valid on a specific date during the opening season with arrival expected during a predetermined timeslot.
Do tickets need to be paid for immediately?
Yes, (group) tickets purchased through www.keukenhof.nl must be paid for immediately. E-tickets can be paid using iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, SOFORT, Bancontact/Mister Cash, or KBC.
What time slots can I reserve for my arrival?
The park is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Keukenhof operates with 30-minute arrival time slots. You can choose from time slots such as 8:00 – 8:30 AM, 8:30 – 9:00 AM. The last available time slot is from 5:30 – 6:00 PM. Please note: the park closes at 7:00 PM, meaning you can stay for a maximum of one and a half hours after the last time slot.
Do all tickets need to be printed separately?
No, to make things easier for you and your guests, we use group barcodes. You will receive the group barcode after your booking, and it can accommodate up to 80 people. The entire group needs to check in at the entrance at the same time, so individual visitors do not need to show their own barcode.
Can I book tickets within 4 days of arrival?
Yes, tickets can be booked within 4 days of arrival, provided they are available. Please note that once paid, this booking cannot be changed or canceled. However, the reserved day or time slot can still be modified up to 24 hours before arrival via the link in the confirmation email. This can only be done if tickets for the desired day and time slot are still available.
What if there aren't enough tickets available for the time slot I want to book?
If you cannot select the desired number of tickets for a particular time slot, it means the time slot is fully booked. Please select a different time slot where the required number of tickets is still available. We recommend booking tickets early to ensure availability.
Can I change the number of tickets I ordered?
Yes, you can change the number of tickets purchased through the website up to 4 days before your arrival. This can only be done by cancelling the entire booking via the link in the confirmation email. You will receive a refund, but we do charge €2.50 per modified booking. Afterwards, you can book the correct number of new tickets via www.keukenhof.nl. You can always add extra tickets via www.keukenhof.nl, as long as tickets are still available for the selected time slot.  
Can I reschedule my Keukenhof tickets to a different time slot?
A booking can be rescheduled to a different day or time slot up to 24 hours before the planned visit, as long as availability permits. This can be done even if the booking has already been paid for. Customers with access to the Reseller Portal can manage this themselves in the portal. Customers without access to the Reseller Portal can make changes via the booking confirmation email.

If you purchase a minimum of 200 tickets per season, you can apply for access to the Reseller Portal until 3 March 2025 by sending an email to sales@keukenhof.nl.

Do Keukenhof tickets need to be paid for immediately?
Tickets can be reserved in the Reseller Portal. Make sure to complete your payment no later than 4 days before your arrival to secure your reservation. Reservations not paid within 4 days of arrival will be automatically cancelled. Important: Tickets not paid on time will expire, so be sure to arrange your payment promptly.
How can I purchase more than 200 tickets (per season)?
To purchase more than 200 tickets per season, you can use the Reseller Portal. Tickets are valid on a fixed date during the opening season in a pre-set time slot. Access to the Reseller Portal can be requested until 3 March 2025 via sales@keukenhof.nl.
 How many tickets can I order for my groups?
If you have a Reseller account with Keukenhof, there is a maximum number of tickets you can reserve, which is based on your previous sales. If you have any questions about the maximum number of tickets you can order, please email sales@keukenhof.nl. If you don’t have a Reseller account yet, you can also email us at sales@keukenhof.nl, and we will determine the available options with you.

After that, you can create a new booking with the correct number of tickets. You can always add extra tickets in the Reseller Portal, provided tickets are still available for the selected time slot.

When is Keukenhof open in 2025?
Keukenhof will be open every day in 2025 from March 20 to May 11. During this period, you can enjoy the world’s most beautiful spring park daily! The park is open from 08:00 to 19:00.
Are there restaurants in Keukenhof and can I make a reservation?
Yes, there are several restaurants at Keukenhof where visitors can enjoy a meal. Additionally, there are mobile food outlets throughout the park. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make reservations at the restaurants.
Can I purchase restaurant vouchers at Keukenhof for my group?
Yes, you can purchase restaurant vouchers for your group, each valued at €7.50. These vouchers can be used as payment in the restaurants at Keukenhof. Please note that the minimum order is 20 vouchers. After placing your order, you will receive a QR code, which you can exchange at the Keukenhof ticket counter for your vouchers. How can I pay at Keukenhof?
Keukenhof is completely cashless. This means you can only pay with a debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. This applies to all purchases made in the restaurants and shops within the park.
When is the Bollenstreek Flower Parade 2025?
The Bollenstreek Flower Parade takes place on Saturday, April 12, 2025. This event attracts thousands of visitors and is a fantastic opportunity to admire the most beautiful flowers in stunning parades. For more information, visit the organization’s website: www.bloemencorso-bollenstreek.nl. Please note: it will be particularly busy in the Bollenstreek and Keukenhof on this day. Make sure to arrive at the park before 12:00 PM. After that time, several roads in the Bollenstreek will be closed for the Flower Parade, making it impossible to reach Keukenhof. The roads will reopen at 5:00 PM. If you wish to visit only Keukenhof on this day, we recommend choosing another day.
Can I book a guided tour through Keukenhof?
Yes, you can book a guided tour of Keukenhof with a professional guide. This is the perfect way to show your group the highlights of Keukenhof. The tour lasts 60 minutes and can be booked starting January 2025 via this link.
Can my group take a whisper boat tour through the park?
There is no boat tour through Keukenhof itself, but a whisper boat sails along the beautiful flower fields surrounding Keukenhof. The boarding point for this unique experience is located next to the windmill in Keukenhof. It is essential to reserve tickets for this whisper boat tour in advance. You can do so via this link.

Groups

How long can my group spend in the park?
Your group is welcome to stay at Keukenhof from the time slot mentioned on the ticket until closing time at 7:00 PM. Make sure to plan your visit well so your group can fully enjoy the stunning beauty of Keukenhof. Our experience shows that the average visit duration at Keukenhof is around 3 hours.
Do I need to purchase a parking ticket if I regularly visit Keukenhof with a small group?
Taxi vehicles with a blue license plate can park for free at our designated taxi stand. Please follow the instructions provided by our parking attendants. If you regularly transport small groups to Keukenhof but do not have a blue license plate, you can request free parking by emailing sales@keukenhof.nl. Upon approval, you will receive further instructions from us.
Is there a parking fee for coaches at Keukenhof?
No, coach parking at Keukenhof is free. There’s no need to reserve a parking space in advance. Coaches can only park in lot P1. Follow the instructions of our parking attendants to find an available spot.
Does a guide or bus driver need to pay for entrance to Keukenhof?
No, upon presenting a group booking of at least 20 people, a bus driver and a guide/leader can collect a free entry ticket at the Information Desk. Be sure to have the group booking available to take advantage of this offer.  
What if I miss my booked time slot at Keukenhof?
Tickets for Keukenhof are only valid within the time slot you have booked. Your group can stay in the park from your time slot until closing time. For the best experience, we recommend sticking to your booked time slot. If something unexpected happens and your group misses the time slot, please contact us at sales@keukenhof.nl.
